We understand how things can often change, therefore we aim to provide the level of flexibility required for your peace of mind.

 

Are you looking for your booking confirmation email or receipt?

Once you make a booking through learntosurf.com you will receive an email confirming your booking details and a receipt of payment.  This should arrive into the email account you specified during the booking process within minutes of confirmation of payment.

So if you have not received a booking confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us and we will look into the matter immediately.  We also recommend double-checking your spam folder for a confirmation email.

If you cannot remember which centre you booked into, you can always search on learntosurf.com for the product and dates you booked.  This will help to identify the surf or SUP centre you made your reservation with. You may also be able to find more information by looking in your internet browser history for the day you made the booking.

Do you want to cancel or modify your booking?

You can change or cancel a booking up to 7 days in advance without a fee from learntosurf.com (subject to specific conditions explained when you purchased the booking).
